Magnet Empire requires no account, login or personal information; as the developer we do not collect any of your personal data or send it to our servers. The only outside data flow in the app is Google AdMob advertising, which keeps the game free.
This policy applies to the mobile game Magnet Empire: Idle Tower Tycoon (Android: com.inovesapp.magnetempire, and iOS), developed and published by Enes Sivri (Inovesapp).
1. Data we do not collect
- We do not ask for or collect your name, email, phone number, location, contacts, photos or microphone data.
- There is no account or sign-in system.
- There are no in-app purchases; no payment information is processed.
- We run no servers, analytics or tracking tools of our own.
2. Game data stored on your device
Your game progress (cash, levels, settings, language) is stored only in your device's own storage and is never sent to us. Uninstalling the app deletes it. You can also delete it at any time in Settings → Reset progress.
3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The game shows rewarded ads (only when you choose to watch one) and an occasional interstitial ad when switching regions. These ads are served by Google LLC through AdMob. To show and measure ads and prevent fraud, Google may collect from your device:
- Advertising ID (Android Advertising ID / iOS IDFA, if permitted)
- IP address and approximate location derived from it
- Device model, operating system, language and app version
- Ad interactions (impressions, clicks) and app crash/performance information
We do not see or process this data; Google handles it under its own policies: Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
- EEA, UK and Switzerland: Google's consent form (UMP) is shown on first launch; you decide whether to allow personalised ads. You can change your choice in the game under Settings → Privacy preferences.
- iOS: the app does not request tracking permission (ATT); ads are shown non-personalised.
- Android: you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone settings (Google → Ads).
4. App permissions
- Internet and network state: only to load ads. The game plays fully offline.
- Advertising ID (com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID): for AdMob.
- Vibration: in-game haptic feedback (can be turned off in Settings).
- No microphone, camera, location, contacts or file permissions are requested.
5. Children
Magnet Empire is a general-audience game and is not directed at children under 13. If you believe personal data of a child under 13 has been collected unintentionally, contact us and we will take appropriate action.
6. Your rights (GDPR and KVKK)
Because we do not collect your personal data, we hold no records to delete, correct or export. You can delete the game data on your device yourself. For advertising data, you can exercise your rights of access, deletion and objection through Google (My Account → Data & privacy) and your device's ad settings. Questions under the GDPR or Turkey's Law No. 6698 (KVKK) can be sent to us.
7. Changes
If we update this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its update date. Significant changes (for example, any new data collection) will also be announced in the game.
